Kim Peterson, MBA, SPHR, CPC

With over 20 years of experience in organizational development and financial roles, Kim is an experienced strategic business operation professional. She is recognized for successfully developing, implementing, and managing programs including large-scale strategic change initiatives that align business strategies and goals, ensuring progressive and sustainable growth organization-wide. Kim is an effective communicator with outstanding consulting, coaching, mentoring, and training skills. She’s a complex problem solver who works collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure widespread organizational support.

Kim has her MBA in Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting along with industry recognized certifications and licensure: Prosci Certified Change Practioner, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP®), iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC) with an emphasis in executive and corporate coaching, and Master Practitioner for Energy Leadership Index Assessments.
